The General Management page is available only to users with Admin role or higher. Here there are two separate areas: Company Management and Files Management.
From the Company Management tab it is possible to modify the existing companies in the system or to add a new company when needed. There are four columns containing the following informations:

- Company name
- VAT
- Address
- Company Token (unique ID)

By pressing the EDITÂ blue button in the left of the table or the Add new company green button at the top right of the page there will appear a popup window allowing the user to modify or to add the company informations in the various fields. The available box for each company are:
- Company external code
- Company name
- Company address
- Company city location
- City zip code
- State
- Kansas
- Company VAT
- Private notes
- Company token (unique ID)
Once the user has finished with the editing, he must click the Save changes blue button.

The section Components is used to add files and features, for example new templates. The user press the button "Scan Dir New" to check the files.

On the left column are displayed the Candidate Files, on the right column the Current Files. Every candidate file must be accepted (by pressing A) or updated (by pressing U) in order to have it in the Current folder.
