EgtMachKernel :

- da GetPositions di Machine eliminato parametro nStat inutile
- da GetCalcPositions di MachMgr eliminato lo stesso parametro
- nei robot ora si assegna sempre BackAuxDir
- migliorato calcolo angoli nei robot.
