EgtMachKernel :

- aggiunte funzioni lua EmtAddClimb, EmtRemoveClimb, EmtAddRise, EmtRemoveRise, EmtGetInitialAxesPos e EmtGetFinalAxesPos
- prime modifiche per gestione custom dei link tra lavorazioni in OnPostApplyMachining.
