EgtGeomKernel 1.5h4 :

- uso set di istruzioni SSE2
- miglioramenti generali ad ApproxWithArcs
- estensione uso di PolyLine e PolyArc
- a TSC aggiunta funzione CurveCompo.FromCurveApproximation.
